The layout of the rooms in our units can be different even if it’s about the same type of accommodation!

Important information about our accommodations

* In our accommodations bed linen are not provided. We provide for pillows and blankets but bed sheets, towels and dishcloth you have to bring from home. It's possible to buy linen sets on site. The linen sets must be booked in advance. For further informations regarding the prices and the reservations please do not hesitate to contact us.

* During your stay you have to do the cleaning by yourself. The final cleaning will be done by the staff of the campsite and will be charged (see pricelist).

* In the accommodations coffee machine and microwave oven are not provided.

* In case of rain, wind and storm customers are kindly asked to keep windows and doors closed.

* In order to avoid bad smell in the accommodations, it's not allowed to smoke in the mobile homes and chalets.

* Visitors have to bring the passport to thr reception for the registration and they have to pay the tarif indicated on the price list.

General rules of the campsite

Customers are kindly asked to respect the following rules to ensure a pleasant stay on site for all.
* Tents and caravans must be placed on their specified site and number indicated by the reception. Cars and motorbikes must be parked on your specified pitch or in the parking area.
* The number of the place is indicated from the reception, and it can't be comunicated in advace.
* It's strictly forbidden to occupy any pitch or pathway with cars, tables, chairs, boats etc. even if these are not occupied.
* To each emplacement/mobile home/chalet belongs only 1(!) parking place.
* It's forbidden to light fires within the campsite or on the private beach. Charcoal or gas barbecues are permitted.
* Customers are kindly asked to use the proper sinks for the washing of dishes and clothes.
* The campsite Management cannot take any responsability for the theft or loss of any personal items, jewellery, money, documents on site or in the accommodations.
* Owners of dogs are asked to please keep their pets always on leads and to take them outside the campsite to do their 'business'. Dogs are not allowed in the pool area, in the shower blocks and in the minimarket.
* Children must be always accompanied to the pool area, to the toilets and to the showers.
* It's strictly forbidden to exceed the speed limit of 10km/h on site with motorbikes, cars etc..
* Any visitors including family must leave a document of identification at the reception and pay the daily tariff for visitors.
* Telephone calls and post received for clients of Eden will be left as a written message in a proper box outside the office.
* The main entrance of the campsite is open every day from 7.00 a.m. until 11.00 p.m. Between 11.00 p.m. and 7.00 a.m. it's not possible to enter in the camping by car. Customers can enter only on foot, the vehicles must be parked outside. After 11.00 p.m. absolute silence is required.
* The swimming pools are open every day from 9.00 a.m. until 7.00 p.m. May we remind you to read the rules and take a shower before entering the pool. Note: from 2006 the Italian law requires that swimming hats will be necessary in all public swimming pools.
* For each unit of accomodation a deposit of € 100,00 (or a copy of credit card) will be due. This must be paid in cash and immediately on arrival. The accomodation will be delivered clean and complete of inventory. The party leader is responsible for leaving the accomodation clean and in full working order. If, on departure, the unit of accomodation is not clean or in the event of damage or missing inventory, a part or all of the deposit will bw reteined.
